If you running Exchange 2010 you just give full access permissions and within a few minutes the mailbox would show up in her navigation pane. Otherwise you could also do the same way the molan suggested.

Also depending on your version of Exchange, if you add them to Full Access Permissions (like in Exchange 2010), Outlook will automatically map the mailbox into the tree.
